Terms of Service

LeanFry is operated by the app owner ("we", "us"). The Service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

LeanFry is offered on two recurring monthly plans:

• Starter — $6/month. Core recipe library, search and filters, favorites.
• Pro — $12/month. Everything in Starter, plus weekly planner, video tutorials, community + dietitian Q&A, progress tracking, and personal recipe notes.

There is no free trial. Your card is charged immediately on sign-up, then on the same date each month. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to paid features until then. Except where required by law, monthly payments are non-refundable.

You agree not to (a) resell, republish, or redistribute LeanFry content; (b) scrape or bulk-download the recipe library; (c) share account access with others outside your household; (d) misuse the community forum, including harassment, spam, medical solicitation, or off-topic promotion.

LeanFry recipes and macro information are prepared with input from a Registered Dietitian for general educational purposes. They are not a substitute for individualized medical or nutrition advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or are pregnant or nursing. You are responsible for verifying ingredients against your own allergies and restrictions.

You retain ownership of notes, forum posts, and other content you submit. By posting, you grant LeanFry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content within the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the community guidelines.

Recipes, meal plans, video tutorials, brand marks, and site design are owned by LeanFry or licensed to us. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to use them within the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that abuse the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeanFry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes related to weight, health, or diet.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
